Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Telephones Online website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for your future reference. We may change the terms from time to time without prior notice to you. All changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Security and Privacy

You can pay online using most major credit or debit cards. Your details will be encrypted to help keep them secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction on our site. On-line ordering with Telephones Online is extremely safe. The order information including your personal details and credit card number are encrypted before being sent over the Internet to a secure server.

Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption. This means that when buying online from this shop your card details are better protected than when using your card in some of the more conventional ways.

Telephone Online will never use e-mail to market other products to customers. Any e-mail correspondence will only refer to outstanding queries or orders. You will only be required to provide information required for the transaction. Only relevant information given at the time of ordering will be collected.

We do not pass on your details to third parties

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.


Pricing and Deliveries
Pricing
The prices of goods and services ordered, any applicable tax, and delivery charges will be clearly stated before you confirm your order. In the event that the total cost of your order differs from the figure you agree to pay, we will contact you first to confirm your wishes to proceed or cancel the order.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Maestro, Delta, JCB. If you do not have a credit/debit card we accept cheques and postal orders. All cards are debited in store not online on dispatch after a member of staff has run relevent security checks and authorised the card.

Goods Not in stock
Telephones Online will not take any payment for any goods not in stock when ordered on our website, if we process an order before the goods are available, a refund will be given. All cards are debited in store after security checks have been made. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Your order will be processed quickly and efficiently, and if we are unable to ship your order for any reason we will contact you directly to inform you of the situation. When you complete your order you will be given a uniquely numbered order confirmation in the form of a web page. If you have a printer you can print the confirmation page, if not use the File/Save menu to save it to your hard disk. In any case you should make a careful note of your order number which should be quoted in all correspondence. If you gave us an email address we'll also email your order confirmation.

Delivery
UK Mainland Delivery cost only Delivery costs on the Telephones Online site are to UK Mainland addresses only.

Delivery is a one-off fixed charge of £6.95 per order up to 10 kilo.

Channel Islands and Northern Ireland All deliveries outside of the UK Mainland to Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to a one-off fixed charge of £14.95 per order up to 10 kilo, please select when ordering.

V.A.T
We are not vat registered.

When will my order be sent?
All orders will be sent as follows, unless stated on Item.

Orders for new products will be dispatched next working day.

Traditional and Novelty phones, Refurbished/Reboxed equipment may take 2 - 4 days. Our delivery times are a guide; we are unable to guarantee anything 100%.


Warranties
Warranties
Telephones Online will honour all manufacturer's warranties provided that defects are notified to TOL within each manufacturer's specified warranty period, and that the customer accepts responsibility for the return of goods. Not all problems are down to faulty goods, with todays feature rich products it is operator error and a simple remedy is the answer to restore the product to service.

No Fault Found
Products found to have no fault found will be returned. A charge of £10.00, plus shipping cost will be made to cover technical inspection costs. If you have any technical queries about products we have supplied, our technical help line has an impressive record. Please note most products include a Free Phone Help Line Number for your set up problems. Product manuals also have a quick set up quide for your use.

Return Goods
If you are not completely happy with your choice of product you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days.

Products recieved faulty must be notified within three working days of receit.

All refunds will be taken at Telephones Online current published price.If the product has been discontinued, its value will be credited at TOL's last published price.

If you need to return goods, please follow this simple procedure.

1. Call Telephones Online and state reason to return goods.

2. For a product to be credited or replaced you will need proof of purchase.

3. Quote date of purchase and/or Order number.

4. The product must be in its original condition and with full packaging and operating instructions in cases of out of box failures.

5. Do make sure you give a full written reason for the return.It make it easier to make a claim.Please include your name,return address and daytime contact telephone number.

Product Specifications
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 14 day money back guarantee where the cost of the original item would be refunded. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to return products up to 7 days after delivery under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any item bought on the Telephones Online web site, for a full refund.To return you can email us, or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number or date of purchase. Under the regulations you have a responsibility to ensure the goods are suitably taken care of prior to return and you must not use them.

Complaints
In the unlikely event of a complaint we promise to deal with you in a fair, confidential and effective manner. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and you will be kept informed of our progress.
